What is a Soft Wash Solution?
Soft Wash Solution removes dust, dirt, cobwebs, mould and mildew. It is one of the most affordable ways to increase a property's value while at the same time resorting and extending its life.

Will my house be damaged by having it cleaned?
Absolutely not! Soft wash means that your home is washed by hand and we never use high pressure. A lot of people are worried that a house wash will damage the paintwork. Gentle house washing will not take the paint of your house. In fact, by washing your house regularly you actually make the paint last longer.
What if my paint is already damaged?
If your paint is in a particularly poor condition and there is a lot of flaky paint on the house, we take extra care not to damage it any further. However if your paint is in a poor condition ask us to advise you on how to prepare your house for a fresh new coat of paint.
Do you use "High Pressure"?
We only use high pressure on surfaces such as driveways, path, paving, retaining walls and pool surroundings. The biggest advantage of this is that unsightly grime can be removed from brick, stone and concrete surfaces enhancing their natural beauty. The best of course is that it makes your pathways and driveways less slippery and dangerous.
Will the Soft Wash Solution damage my plants?
No! Soft Wash Solution is bio-degradable. We will however ask you to remove your pot plants as they tend to get in the way.
How much does it cost?
You home can be washed for as little as $185 (calculated for a standard three bedroom house.) The cost will vary according to a number of factors:

After we inspect the property we provide a free quote. There is no obligation to go ahead with the job unless you are happy with the quote.
